18 Muslim students at UiT got together Wednesday the 22th of September at the University for the INS Tromsø General Assembly. Going from 4 people to 18, the gathering exceeded all expectations, Alhamdulillah! With Allah’s will and help, the engagement will last and result in good deeds for Allah’s sake – Ameen.
- The earlier chairman Rahma wished everybody welcome to the first INS Tromsø gathering, Autumn 2010. We talked about the work of Islam Net and Alnor Centre and the concept of Dawah. We got to know better, ate pasta tuna salad and chocolate-cake while watching the documentary Arctic Ramadan, by Verily Films.

Many were interested in being board members, so we extended the number of board members with one. § 5 - The Board, says: “If necessary, the board may extend to several directors at the next meeting.” Organizing a written election was a challenge; we made good experiences so to make it better next year, insha Allah.
The first board meeting: Wednesday 29th of September at UiT. 16:30 – 18:00. Insha Allah.
